Although I do not have my shower installed yet. My plumber and contractor have looked at and studied the system. They are so impressed at the quality they made me provide Lefton information to them as they want to order a system each and are now going to be recommending this product. I can’t wait to have my bathroom reno completed so I may enjoy it.

The sink is well made and the customer service is fantastic for follow-up.
I agree plumbing is not Aus standard on the waste but it is easy to resolve with a rubber sleeve.
The bottle wash is to level but easy to just wipe out.
The features and functions are as good as a sink worth $1000's.

No problem fitting, all parts were in the box. Only used once since fitting so early days, everything worked fine if any comment the overhead shower is not as powerful as my old shower but adequate and the temperature window is a added bonus.

Nice quality sink with all the trimmings, I love the temperature gage and the versatile attachments. The only thing that hampered my installation was adapting the drain to accommodate a dishwasher drain. I was also missing a few rubber washers that i easily sourced locally.
This is the best faucet we’ve ever had. We love the multi-function of the faucet. It’s maneuvers any way we want it to. Thank you for having such a great product. We love it!!
Extreamly helpfully and trustworthy
While the actual faucet is gorgeous and solid, my sink has 3 holes apparently, as we found out while removing my old single handle faucet; and needed a cover plate. In addition, I needed to change the chrome drain assembly to match the matte black faucet. Since that is a common thing, perhaps it can be offered at purchase and you could make more money and have fewer surprised customers who now have to call the plumber out again, since most homeowners don't think of all the incidentals, since it's not their profession. Anyhow, nothing negative, just some helpful suggestions.

The faucet is very well designed and seems to be high quality. I just wish they could have made the upper wall mount adjustable because I was replacing a similar cheaper model and it couldn't go in the same spot. So I had to drill another hole into our very hard ceramic tile. Other than that I would give 5 stars for quality and fuction. I would definitely buy again. You can use all 4 functions at once or separately. The bottom spout is great to fill up a bucket of water. We absolutely love it.
