Where to apply the discount code?
Your code can be entered on the checkout page. Once the code is entered, the discount for the code will be automatically applied to the total amount.
Can I stack the discount codes?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Klarna for flexible installment payments.
Was my payment successful?
Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depending on which contact info you left us) that your order has been successfully charged.
Can I get an Invoice for my order?

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before checkout - go to the shopping cart and you can add or remove items. If you have already checked out, please contact customer@leftonhome.com within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
What should I do if the address provided in the order is incorrect?
To update your shipping address, please contact customer service at customer@leftonhome.com within 12 hours before shipment. If the product has shipped, we will resend the order to the correct address and arrange for the return of the original shipment.
I received the wrong item/defective item. What should I do?
For assistance, please email customer@leftonhome.com. Kindly provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

How long does it usually take to ship?
Once your payment is verified, usually it will take 1 - 2 days to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped out.
How long will it take to get my orders?
For US/ AU/ CA/ EU orders, you will receive your products within 5 business days.
For other countries and regions, you will receive your products within 15 business days.

Can I change my shipping address?
We are sorry that address changes cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us atcustomer@leftonhome.com to change your address and other shipping options.
Do I need to pay for the shipping?
We provide FREE SHIPPING service on all orders.
What should I do if the tracking information shows that my order was delivered, but I didn't receive anything?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend that you first contact your carrier to find out the status of the package. The package may have been left at a neighbor's house or elsewhere.
If the carrier's customer service is unable to assist you, please contact us at customer@leftonhome.com, and we will open a case for a lost package.
I ordered several items, but why did I only receive one package?
Some of the items in your order may have been shipped separately, so a second (sometimes more) tracking number cannot be displayed on the order details page. In this case, please wait 2-3 days and contact us at customer@leftonhome.com if the other packages still haven't arrived.

How durable are Lefton Kitchen Sinks?
Our Sinks are extremely durable and designed to adjust to fluctuating temperatures of hot and cold water.
Are Lefton Sinks scratch and rust resistant?
Yes, our sinks have a metal coating on the surface to resist scratches and rust.
Is the Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink coated for sound insulation?
Stainless steel sinks are fitted with sound insulation and coatings to help deaden sound.
How are kitchen sinks supported?
There are three sink styles, each with a specific type of installation: drop-in, undermount, and apron front.
Are kitchen sinks compatible with garbage disposals?
Yes, our sinks are compatible with most garbage disposals. You may proceed with the installation as long as the diameter of your disposal does not exceed 15.74" (40cm)
Does the temperature show Fahrenheit or Celsius?
Model: KS2204/KS2205/KS2205L/KS2206/KS2206L/KS2206L-PRO/KS2207/KS2207L/KS2207L-PRO, the temperature display is available in two versions: Celsius and Fahrenheit. We'll ship the corresponding version based on the customer's location.
For the other models, we only have the Celsius version.
What are the countertop opening size requirements?
Openings will vary in size and mounting methods; check our installation instructions or the information on the product page.
Can waterfall faucets be purchased separately and installed over other sinks?
No, the waterfall faucet can only be installed with the KS2201 and FS2501. It does not apply to other sinks.
Can I customize the size of my sink?
Sorry, we do not offer customization at this time. We only have two sizes of sinks: 29-1/2"x18-1/4" and 33"x22".

Do you provide adapters for the water supply lines?
Yes, we provide suitable adapters according to local pipe thread standards for all products, such as 9/16“ for North America, G3/8” for Europe, and G1/2” for other countries and regions. If you need a different size adapter, please contact us to provide it.

Is the faucet compatible with 3-hole countertops?
Yes. We offer 3-hole widespread faucets designed specifically for 3-hole countertops.
Alternatively, you can choose our single-hole faucet and cover plate to cover the extra holes.
Is a pop-up drain included?
No, not included; our store sells a separate pop-up drain. You can also buy it from another store, as long as it is the right size.

Are shower systems compatible with instantaneous electric water heaters?
Main Body: brass;

Is there any requirement for water pressure?
In general, the water pressure of ordinary household water can meet the requirements. The specific water pressure requirement is: 0.1~0.5 MPa.
Does the water temperature display require batteries or electricity?
The turbo system and temperature tester are built into the shower main body. When the water flows through, the turbine will rotate and generate electricity, which is used to display the water temperature.
Can the shower spray water in two modes at the same time?
It depends on the shower system type.
– Exposed shower systems allow two spray modes to run at the same time.
– Concealed (in-wall) shower systems do not support simultaneous use; only one function can be used at a time.
Are shower systems compatible with instantaneous electric water heaters?
Yes, shower systems are compatible with instantaneous (tankless) electric water heaters.
Compatible with:
-Electric storage water heaters
– Tankless (instantaneous) electric water heaters
– Gas water heaters
– Heat pump water heaters
Not recommended for:
– Solar water heaters (due to unstable water temperature)

We provide step-by-step guides and video tutorials to help you with the installation process. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Am I required to hire a certified plumber or can I install it myself?
Most of our products can be installed yourself, and we provide installation manuals and videos for your reference.
For complex sink installations, we recommend professional plumbing services.
Why doesn't the temperature display function work?
It's possible that the connector for the temperature display isn't installed correctly. Please contact us promptly by sending an email with a photo and a description of the problem to customer@leftonhome.com.
Does it take a long time to install a faucet?
The most time-consuming step, and sometimes the most challenging, is removing the old faucet. However, by using an installation guide, installing a new faucet should be relatively simple.

Return & Warranty Policy
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
What is the return policy?
We accept a 30-day return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt.

Under what conditions are returns not acceptable?
1. Products that have been installed or assembled.
2. Products miss the original package.
NOTE: Please make sure that the size and dimensions are appropriate. We don't accept the reason of inappropriate dimensions.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Do you offer a warranty policy?
For most products, we offer a 5-year limited (residential) and a 2-year limited (commercial) warranty.

Care of Stainless Steel Sinks
Clean your sink regularly with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse the sink after using cleaning products. Wipe the sink surface with a soft cloth to remove any liquid residue.
-Do not cut food directly on the surface of the sink.
-Do not leave sharp objects on the surface of the sink for an extended period of time.
-Do not use abrasive cleaning products, sanding tools, steel wool, or bleaching products.
*Do not pour water directly onto the multifunction faucet area during daily cleaning, as it may cause water leakage.
Care of Faucets
To keep the product clean & shining, follow the steps below:
-Rinse with clean water & dry with a soft cloth
-Do not clean with soaps, acids, polishes, abrasives, or harsh cleaners
-Do not use a cloth with a coarse surface
Unscrew the aerator and clean it when necessary.
Care of Shower Systems
To keep your shower system in optimal condition and maintain its finish, please follow these care guidelines:
Daily Care
– Wipe the surface dry with a soft cloth after each use to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.
Cleaning
– Clean regularly using mild soap and water.
– Use a soft cloth or sponge to avoid scratching the surface.
– Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals (such as bleach or acid-based cleaners).
Prevent Damage
– Avoid prolonged contact with standing water or high-mineral-content water.
– Do not hang heavy objects on the shower components.
