Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not been sent, it will be canceled when we receive your cancellation request. If your order has been sent, then it's no longer able to cancel, please send it back to us when you receive it.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

We accept a 30-day return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt. 

* Please submit the return form here with the necessary info. We'll deal with your request within 24 hours on working days.

 

About return or exchange freight:

1. For personal reasons such as don't like the product, buyers need to cover the round trip shipping fee.

2. Seller only covers fees for product issues.

3. Use original packaging if possible.

 

Returns or exchanges can't be accepted as below:

1.Products that have been obviously installed or assembled.

2.Product miss the original package. 

3.All products with temperature digital display are shown on Celsius and cannot be switched into Fahrenheit. We don't accept this reason for return. 

4.Products do not with an Australian watermark, please be aware of this before purchasing. We don't accept returns/ exchanges due to this reason.

NOTE: Please make sure that the size and dimension are appropriate. We don't accept the reason of inappropriate dimension.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
