Yes, the stainless steel can resist most scratches and rust, but the finish could not. Please do not scratches the sink often. If possible, you can put a grid in the sink to protect it.

Our sinks can hold stuff Within 100℃. For stuff over 100℃，do not put them in the sink. If you do so, the finish will be damaged.

No, it doesn't need electricity or batteries. It has a turbine inside, and when the water flows through, the turbine will turn and generate electricity, which is used to display the water temperature.

Yes, waterfall faucet is included in the whole package. However, this waterfall faucet can only be installed with this sink (KS2204), not suitable for other sinks.

Yes, Lefton sinks are compatible with most garbage disposals. For 33''×22'' sinks, their ID of the drain hole is 94mm-114mm. For 29-1/2''×18-1/4'' sinks, the ID of the drain hole is 90mm-110mm. Before purchasing a garbage disposal, please share this information with the garbage disposal seller. They will recommend suitable items to you.

How do I protect my Kitchen Sink?
Clean your sink on a regular basis with warm soapy water. Rinse the sink after using cleaning products. Wipe the sink surface with a soft cloth to remove any liquid residue. Do not cut food directly on the surface of the sink. Do not leave sharp objects on the surface of the sink for an extended period of time. Do not use abrasive cleaning products, sanding tools, steel wool or bleaching products.

Why does my newly installed sink drain slowly?
A large single-bowl sink drains more slowly than a double-bowl sink. After installation, when using it for the first time, first turn on a small stream of water, letting it flow down gently to slowly "push" the air out of the pipes. Keep this up for 1–2 minutes. Once the small water stream becomes steady, suddenly turn the water on to full blast. The instantaneous water pressure will help clear any remaining air lock. Straighten the hose or cut it to the appropriate length to prevent kinking. Avoid pouring oil directly down the drain—dispose of waste oil in the trash. Regularly flush the drain with hot water mixed with dish soap or a pipe cleaner. Use a strainer: make sure the basket strainer in the sink is intact and clean it frequently.

No, unless you want to rinse and clean the whole faucet bar, please avoid pouring water into the faucet bar. There are pre-drilled holes designed to allow hoses to pass through the sink; if you pour water there, it will inevitably go through the holes. If you really want to spray water into the faucet bar, you can apply silicone beads around the pre-drilled holes. This could avoid a water leak there.
