Clean your sink on a regular basis with warm soapy water. Rinse the sink after using cleaning products. Wipe the sink surface with a soft cloth to remove any liquid residue. Do not cut food directly on the surface of the sink. Do not leave sharp objects on the surface of the sink for an extended period of time. Do not use abrasive cleaning products, sanding tools, steel wool or bleaching products.

Got the wrong instructions for installing cup rinser. So had to try to figure out on my own. But it does not drain in the sink like it should so water just sits there. But the rest of the sink was easy to install and works great.

We received our sink. However, we are waiting on our contractor to install it, so we really can't review it at the moment. Will update you after installation! Looking forward to my new kitchen!

Top notch packaging! The sink looks wonderful but we won't be installing it till spring. Excited to see it in action. Hopefully it will be the conversation piece of our remodled kitchen!

The sink is well made and the customer service is fantastic for follow-up.
I agree plumbing is not Aus standard on the waste but it is easy to resolve with a rubber sleeve.
The bottle wash is to level but easy to just wipe out.
The features and functions are as good as a sink worth $1000's.

The sink is great, the tap is awesome and the soap dispenser is a great idea. The overflow drain is also a handy features. But.....
Don't try and mount underbench if you want to install the glass/cup washer as it doesn't fit.
For those in Australia, the plumbing is all non-standard (US) sizes so not simple to install.
And the overflow hose connects where the dishwasher normally would, so you'll need to allow extra plumbing to connect up your dishwasher.
Happy overall, but some more information on the website for those not in the US would be useful.
